We're looking for an Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to grow their career in venue management.

What you'll be doing- Customer Service – Lead by example on the floor, set service benchmarks, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
- Labour Management – Support rostering and shift management to balance service standards with labour efficiency.
- Training & Development – Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, building skills and confidence across the venue.
- Previous management experience in hospitality.
- Strong service focus with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives consistency.
- Be part of a supportive leadership team committed to service excellence.
