We have one of those roles that any seasoned Venue Manager would love to take on available now located on the Gold Coast.

The Venue itself is known to many and a "go to" for locals and travellers alike. With its reputation for exceptional overall dining experience, this opportunity is one not to miss

Whilst we cant name the venue here we will discuss with those moving to the next stage in the process. We can share that this venue is part of a successful group that is growing

As an experienced Venue Manager, I dont have to tell you about service, the importance of current cuisine or the wine list - you are already an expert across these areas. However we do want to know some things about you

  • What is it about your leadership style that creates followers and translates into amazing dining experiences?
  • Behind every good business is a backbone of financial strength, what level of input do you have on operating cost management including COGS, payroll, activations with ROI?
  • Building great teams is as important as the menu, what skills do you need around you to make the venue a success
  • How do you train teams in excess of 50 employees?
  • When you entertain friends and family, what atmosphere and experience do you create for them?

This is a senior role and one that holds long term opportunity for the right person. Remuneration will be appropriate to the role and like any contract at this level will be negotiated.
