SITE Hospitality is always on the hunt for outstanding people to join our business, and an amazing role has presented itself at CRAFTY'S Sports Bar located within Harbour Town Shopping Precent
We are looking for a strong and passionate Venue Manager to take the reins of one of the best venues on the GC. The successful candidate must be a true leader, commercially minded, understand how to exceed expectations, lead the team to deliver amazing guest experience, whilst always ensuring we don't forget about energy and fun
THE ROLE
- Responsible for the growth and development of our people
- Providing world class, energetic and fun service to our guests
- Ensuring the team delivers the best experience on the coast
- Managing day to day operations of a venue
- Managing and creating the atmosphere and ambiance during the day and night
- Ownership of all standard operating processes and systems
- Accountable for the P&L, including labour, COGS and operational expenses
- Collaborate and create new initiatives, promotions and menu ideas to drive revenue growth
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S and OLGR polices
