Admin / Entry Level Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter supplier invoices into MYOB
- Manage monthly accounts receivable and payable
- Process fortnightly payroll*
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions*
- Process quarterly superannuation payments*
- Monitor and respond to admin email traffic
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
- Follow up with debtors regarding outstanding payments
- Assist with general office administration as needed
*Depending on the experience, the off-site can be done by our accountant.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with MYOB and bookkeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
Location & Hours
- Burwood, VIC – on-site one day per week
- Flexible hours within that day can be discussed
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
