About Terra Verde:

Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia. Together, we bring local experience and global expertise to deliver one of Victoria's biggest infrastructure projects - the Suburban Rail Loop. Our team is building almost 10 kilometres of twin tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria's history, shaping the future of Melbourne for generations to come.

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and motivated Site Administrator to be the engine behind our site operations. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin keeping our teams aligned, our records accurate, and our logistics running like clockwork.

From coordinating procurement and managing documentation to supporting planning and scheduling, your work will help keep the site efficient, compliant, and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day admin tasks including data entry, budgeting, forecasting, and document control
  • Coordinating procurement documentation and variation records
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials to site
  • Managing systems for accurate reporting, analysis, and record keeping
  • Preparing and issuing site instructions as directed
  • Supporting planning and scheduling activities across project teams, suppliers, and contractors
  • Assisting with logistics, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements

About You:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and admin experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A knack for juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a client focused mindset
  • Confidence to negotiate and resolve issues tactfully
