About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic team at Climat Trade Centre in Epping, Victoria. This part-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments
- Analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable to identify any discrepancies
- Preparing and sending statements to customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient cash flow management
- Providing reports and insights to management on the accounts receivable function
What we're looking for
- Experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role
- Past experience using Xero
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices
