About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic team at Climat Trade Centre in Epping, Victoria. This part-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Invoicing customers and following up on outstanding payments
  2. Analyzing and reconciling accounts receivable to identify any discrepancies
  3. Preparing and sending statements to customers
  4. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  6. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient cash flow management
  7. Providing reports and insights to management on the accounts receivable function

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role
  2. Past experience using Xero
  3. Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices
