About The Role
As a Program Support Officer, you'll coordinate training program administration and events, support Medical Educators and Training Coordinators, and ensure a high-quality experience for registrars and supervisors across your region.
As our
Program Support Officer, you'll also:

  • Coordinate administrative processes for registrar training, progression and documentation
  • Plan and deliver workshops, education days and training events end-to-end
  • Provide responsive support to registrars, supervisors and training partners
  • Maintain program records, systems, workflows and operating procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Strong admin and event coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder support
  • Able to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital systems
