two positions
available for immediate filling.
The
Workforce Development Programs Officer
(Level 5) is a permanent, full time / part time vacancy who contributes to the delivery of a range of programs focused on building workforce capability in the Workforce Development Programs stream.
- Contributes to the development, coordination and promotion of contemporary strategies, HR policy and programs that contribute to the Department's HR workforce development programs and frameworks.
- Provides advice, and assistance to Executive staff and managers in relation to departmental and sector-wide HR initiatives and strategies as they relate to employee development and engagement, including future trends and practices.
- Contributes to strategic projects, programs, and initiatives to implement organisational strategies to increase and drive workforce and business capability.
The
Workforce Development Support Officer
(Level 4) role is a fixed term (6 months), full time / part time opportunity with the potential to be extended and/or permanent appointment.
It provides assistance to both the Workforce Development Programs and Learning and Development streams in delivering strategic programs, projects and initiatives focused on building workforce capability across the Department. This includes providing support for the Department's performance management and learning management systems.
