This isn't just a desk job – you'll be out on the floor, mentoring teams, solving real-world challenges, and ensuring our stores run like clockwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Train and develop baristas, team leaders, and store managers to uphold our service and product standards

  • Solve operational issues that go beyond the day-to-day store management

  • Ensure stores are never short-staffed or understocked, coordinating staff and resources across multiple locations

  • Lead by example in customer service, workflow efficiency, and brand presentation

  • Be the go-to support person for store managers needing help with tricky situations

What We're Looking For:

  • A hospitality pro with 2 years leadership or training experience (coffee knowledge preferred)

  • A confident communicator who loves coaching others and stepping in to help

  • Calm under pressure and always thinking two steps ahead

  • A flexible, hands-on attitude – ready to visit stores, solve problems, and build teams

  • Valid driver's license (travel between sites is part of the role)
