Job Title: Flight Operations Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Flight Operations Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of flight training activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training continuum course delivery schedules, pilot pathway events, and asset booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate flight training activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks related to flight and simulator device training
  2. Support the coordination and re-scheduling of training events, including managing schedule risk assessments and alternative plan analysis
  3. Provide administrative support to Course Managers, including reporting documentation and justification for changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scheduling or coordination, with a focus on transport/logistics, rostering, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise, think quickly, and make pragmatic decisions under pressure
