Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Operations Coordinator to support our AH-64E Apache helicopter program. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating flight and simulator training activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a flying operations support and programming role, with a proven track record of driving process and productivity improvement. They will also be proficient in using FlightPro software and possess exceptional communication skills.

As an Aerospace Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating flight and simulator training activities
  • Supporting the coordination and re-scheduling of training events
  • Generating administrative reports and conducting schedule risk assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a flying operations support and programming role
  • Demonstrated track record of driving process and productivity improvement
  • Experience employing FlightPro software package
  • Exceptional communication skills with business, customers and other stakeholders
