Job Title

Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our operations team in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent customer service across Intermodal and Specialised operations.

This is a vital role supporting the Operations Leadership Team to ensure timely completion of NHVAS compliance activities and reporting, DIFOT performance, equipment maintenance schedules and defect repairs, and customer portal management.

What You'll Do
  • Manage appointment schedules and review consignments to support DIFOT performance
  • Ensure timely completion of key end-of-day tasks, including return container bookings, urgent customer and driver queries, and email monitoring
  • Partner with the FCL Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient freight operations
  • Liaise with customers to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive service experience
