React Native Developer (Video Processing & WebRTC)

Challenz
is a social media app where users engage in challenges and short films. We are looking for a
React Native Developer
with strong experience in
Video Processing and WebRTC
to enhance user-generated video content functionality within the Challenz platform.

Technologies:

  • React Native (Required)
    – Expertise in building mobile applications using React Native framework.
  • Video Processing (Required)
    – Experience in optimizing video uploads, playback, compression, and rendering.
  • WebRTC (Required)
    – Strong understanding of WebRTC protocols for real-time communication and video streaming.
  • & (Plus)
    – Familiarity with building backend services for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
  • Blockchain Knowledge (Plus)
    – Awareness of decentralized storage solutions like IPFS, Arweave, and blockchain technologies such as Polygon & Solana.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain mobile applications using
    React Native
    focused on user-generated video content.
  • Implement and optimize
    video processing functionalities
    , including uploads, compression, playback, and rendering.
  • Integrate
    WebRTC
    for real-time video streaming and communication within the Challenz app.
  • Collaborate with the backend development team to ensure smooth integration with and services.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of video-related functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and enhance the user experience by optimizing video-related processes.
