Brand new role for an experienced React Native Tech Lead to take charge of a greenfield mobile project end-to-end

You will build out a brand-new mobile capability, and as one of the first hires in this space you will be setting the technical direction, growing your own team, and delivering mobile apps that make a real impact

The day to day:

  • Leading design and development with React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and
  • Setting coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions
  • Driving AI adoption to boost developer productivity and innovation
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and growing a high-performing mobile team
  • Owning greenfield projects from concept to production

Experience required:

  • Strong experience delivering mobile apps with React Native (Expo a plus)
  • Solid background in TypeScript, modern JS, and backend with
  • Previous leadership experience – setting standards, guiding engineers, influencing architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and release management for mobile apps
  • Bonus points for experience with native modules, Sentry/Firebase, or AI in production
