About the role
TOT Transport is seeking a motivated Administration and Operations Support Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. This full-time role operates Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm with hybrid working benefits.
Reporting to the Division Manager, the Administration and Operations Support Coordinator provides vital support across scheduling, allocations, compliance, administration and customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, drivers are supported, and our customers receive the service excellence TOT is known for.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Route and allocate customer deliveries into driver delivery runs for next day delivery
- Review and reconcile daily driver run sheets
- Complete daily allocation reporting and general administration duties
- Prepare and communicate daily reporting to the operations team and wider business as per reporting schedule
- Assist with driver management and claims process
- Liaise with all stakeholders, maintaining relationships including with customer management, drivers, employees, and customer's clients
- Resolve any arising issues or conflicts
- Adhoc admin support for the business and team
The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes;
- Previous Transport industry experience
- Experience in allocations and routing
- Experience with TMS and CRM databases
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and databases
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Commitment to service excellence
- Proactive approach and positive attitude
- High focus on Safety and a strong understanding of COR and WHS policies and procedure
- Current and valid Full NSW Drivers Licence with own reliable transport
