The Opportunity

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for efficiently setting up and maintaining data accuracy across key systems. You'll work closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure that onboarding processes are smooth, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts in internal systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company process and policies.
  • Assist with reporting and data updates as required.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Critical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Salesforce Lightning is desirable.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
