Sime are seeking a Talent Development Advisor to join our team at our office in Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.
In this role, you'll provide vital support across our Talent, Leadership, and Organisational Development programs. You'll work closely with the team to ensure programs are well-designed, smoothly delivered, and consistently aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support & Coordination
- Assist in the design, delivery, and administration of Leadership and OD projects, including research, data collation, presentations, and resource development.
- Coordinate and support the Graduate and Mentoring Programs, including program tracking, reporting, and participant engagement.
- Assist with the delivery of Leadership training programs—liaising with vendors, managing logistics, materials, catering, communications, and payments.
- Support Talent Reviews and quarterly tracking/reporting of promotions, exits, and development outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design and deliver Talent and OD reporting for Sime Industrial as required.
- Manage training attendance, surveys, and feedback analysis to inform continuous improvement.
Assessment & Tools
- Administer DISC profiles and Hogan 360 reports, ensuring correct processes, policies, participant selection, and vendor management.
Systems & Content Management
- Coordinate the training calendar and schedule programs within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors and Workday).
- Maintain the Team Intranet page and regularly review the Leader's Toolkit to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
Team & Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Talent and Leadership team, including document preparation, expense management, and supplier communication.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent research and presentation / report writing skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain clean data and retrieve and analyse data for reporting purposes
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Ability to proactively and confidently communicate with a wide group of stakeholders
