Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Solid work experience in a similar position with exposure in developing, coordinating and overseeing early career programs
  • Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management and delivery of corporate programs
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience in learning and development, and human resource information systems
  • Ability to work within a team environment
