Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation's people team for a parental leave cover role, where you'll collaborate closely with regional counterparts across the enterprise to drive talent management and development initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide talent management and development initiatives. This includes running the global talent and succession cadence and contributing to meaningful work within the Career & Capability Team—helping to build a strong, future-ready organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities
  • Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice
Requirements
  • Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences
  • A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking
  • Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships
