About the role

Lanhams Motor Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Griffith, NSW. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in managing vehicle servicing and maintenance for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This is a full-time position based in our Griffith location.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers, building strong relationships

  • Accurately providing cost estimates for required repairs

  • Effectively communicating with customers throughout the service process

  • Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance appointments

  • Collaborating with the service technicians to ensure timely and quality work

  • Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately

  • Promoting additional services and parts to enhance the customer experience

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

  • Valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles
