Branch Customer Advisor

In this role, you will

  • Support our West Wyalong & Condobolin branches by being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer service experience every step of the way.
  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
  • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

The Hours

Join our team in a casual setting with the following hours on offer 9:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.
