About us
International Autohaus is a well-established mechanical workshop specialising in the maintenance, tuning and servicing of AMG & Audi vehicles. We are a small team that have developed a reputation for providing exceptional quality workmanship, the latest tuning and performance upgrades and superior client service.
About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced service advisor to join the team. You will be required to communicate with clients over the phone and in person, book in clients and plan work load for the week or month ahead, create jobs cards, quotes and invoices, clearly relay information back to clients and keep the client updated throughout the course of the day, communicate with technicians continuously to speed up work flow.
About you
- Well spoken and with excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in the Mercedes Benz / Audi product and anything European
- Strong computing skills and eager to understand and learn new skills within the way things work within this business.
- Excellent time management with the ability to priorities deadlines
- A real passion for the automotive industry ad enjoyment in the work that you do
- Honest and hard working
- Team player who can get along with staff.
