About the Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Trainee to join our vibrant Brookvale location. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow and become an essential part of our service team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle servicing needs

  • Liaising with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates and gaining customer approval

  • Keeping customers informed throughout the service journey

  • Managing enquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude

  • Maintaining service records and workshop documentation

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a passion for the automotive industry

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Basic computer skills - training provided for software tools

No prior experience as a Service Advisor is required —-just a genuine interest in cars and helping customers.
