Customer Care Support Coordinator

If you're a friendly, self-motivated, and customer-focused professional, you might be the Customer Care Support Coordinator we are looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email and online, ensuring a positive, professional experience at every touchpoint.
  • Process warranty requests, provide after-sales support, and assist with customer concerns regarding their installation.
  • Liaise with tradespeople, and service providers to resolve any issues that may arise, striving for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Provide and support customers with user guides, information and seasonal operation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as design, procurement, accounts, and construction to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recommend and sell upgrades, components, or replacements to existing customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in customer care and support.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and a courteous team player.
  • Process-driven and highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
