The Opportunity
We're looking for a Digital Channel Manager to lead the strategic direction and optimisation of G8 Education's digital marketing ecosystem; from our websites and CRM to analytics, SEO, and marketing automation.
This role will ensure our digital platforms are connected, data-driven, and delivering measurable value for our families, marketing campaigns, and enrolment growth.
You'll act as the strategic digital enablement lead, partnering across marketing, technology, and our Family Support Team (FST) to ensure every digital touchpoint enhances family experience, supports campaign success, and drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of G8 Education's digital channels, including website, CRM, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and external vendors to ensure digital platforms are integrated, optimised, and future-ready.
- Govern and prioritise the digital channel roadmap, aligning initiatives to marketing and business goals.
- Oversee content implementation, user experience, and conversion optimisation across digital platforms.
- Champion data quality, analytics, and reporting to deliver actionable insights and continuous performance improvement.
- Lead a small team across SEO, UX, content, and analytics, fostering capability and innovation across the marketing function.
- Represent marketing in Martech and technology discussions to ensure tools deliver measurable value for campaigns and the family journey.
- Build strong vendor and partner relationships to drive efficiency, innovation, and best practice.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' Digital Marketing, digital channel, or website management roles.
- Deep knowledge of website strategy, digital content, UX, SEO an campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of how Martech tools support marketing.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams with content, design an performance capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing Digital campaigns to deliver organisation outcomes and goals.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar), Google Anlaytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, A/B testing platforms, Marketing automation and CRM tools
- Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
