What you'll do
- Analyse, design and enhance production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs (Our Ingleburn site runs a number of production lines where we manufacture Cans, Trays, Jerky and Pouches for our Natures Gift, Fussy Cat and Ivory Coat products.)

- Support new product and process scale-up projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
What you'll bring
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering field

- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies
- A proactive, curious mindset with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork – you're someone who gets things done
Why you'll love it here
- Work close to home – skip the commute and join a great Southwest Sydney team (barracking for the Rabbitohs or Panthers is optional)
- Do work that matters – help pioneer fresh, healthy food for pets everywhere
- Make your mark – we'll give you autonomy, trust and support to innovate
- Awesome perks – anniversary day off, Pawrental leave, volunteering days, product discounts and more
- Career growth – global business with access to learning and leadership programs
