We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced **Health Safety, Environment & Quality Site Facilitator Officer **based at our **Branch** **in Ingleburn**. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close-knit team environment and reporting to the National HSEQ Manager. **Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Embody the Supagas Safety Vision “Think SAFE, Work SAFE, Live SAFE” and Safety Expectations within all facets of the site and role. - Provide safety advice and support to the operations manager, branch manager, employees and contractors to improve safety performance, mitigate risk and promote compliance with regulatory standards. - Plan and monitor scheduled monthly routine activities which include; Site Improvement Plans, Routine Area Audits and Inspections, Hazard Identifications,, Bow Tie Audits, - Engineering, Bow Tie Audit - Process, Work Permit issuing, Guarding Audits, Vehicle Audits, Load Restraint Audits, SOP Reviews etc. - Report actual to planned on the above “Routine Activity” compliance (Lead Indicators). - Ensure actions are captured and report on overdue actions. Monitor the various action tracking platforms and drive completion by the relevant stakeholders. - In conjunction with the Ingleburn Branch and Site Managers, ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) is entrenched and reflected in the site process and activities. - Ensure all external training and requirements are current and arranged as required, including First Aid, Fire Warden, CPR, HSR etc. - Facilitate and conduct risk assessments on new plant, equipment and processes using internal tools and programs including MOC’s. - Be involved in incident investigations with the appropriate manager, establishing root cause and recommend or take appropriate action to avoid a recurrence. - Coordinate Safety Committee activities (ensure appropriate attendance, arrange meetings, training and inspections). - Develop material and documentation for the improvement of the site including the safety notice board and relevant television screen displays. - Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Supagas Emergency Response Plans and capability in alignment with legislative requirements. **Key Skills and Experience**: - Cert IV/Diploma in WHS or other relevant disciplines - highly regarded - Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation and illicit desired results - A results orientated person with a strong attention to detail and a logical approach. - Have a strong attention to detail - Be logical and precise - Be self-motivated and be able to manage priorities - have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Be consultative and interpersonal, with an ability to influence change and lead a positive and engaged culture. **Benefits** - A friendly and supportive team environment - Company rewards program - Full time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Most importantly at Supagas we value **attitude **above all else.
