This position requires a person with prior hands on experience within the manufacturing, electrical or power generation industry. You will be assisting the company’s sales team by providing technical support with various sales and administration duties. The position is best suited to someone who is willing to learn and is adaptable. It is expected that after a period of training, you will be able to work unsupervised.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent technical problem solving skills and the ability to speak with a range of clients including consulting engineers, electrical contractors and end users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product quotes while following internal sales policies and procedures.
- The follow up of previously quoted projects.
- Maintain an efficient work environment through process control and improvement.
- Creation and processing of factory related project paperwork.
- Maintenance of existing Bill of Materials for manufactured items.
- Assist with CAD drawing updates and drawing control.
- Maintain factory inventory control and identification.
- Monitor supplier deliveries based on scheduled orders.
- Arranging project site deliveries.
