Our client is a leading wholesale provider of trade infrastructure products. The Internal Sales Representative is the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, responsible for the day-to-day customer relationship. Your workload will focus on servicing existing customers with their requirements while providing administration support to the branch manager and sales team with new customers. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing technical product information, coordinating sales administration procedures and delivering the highest quality of service.

**Key duties**:

- Following company sales process by qualifying the opportunity, suggesting the solution and then processing sales order into ERP system
- Implementing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Undertake marketing development activities within the nominated markets and channels
- Identification of upcoming projects and tender opportunities
- Follow up on supplied quotes and converting to sale
- Assisting in providing customer feedback
- Assisting the accounts managers with major key enquiries and quotations

**Essential Criteria**
- Min 2 years' experience in Internal Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Administration or Customer Service
- Knowledge/experience of upselling/adding on, solution selling and suggestive selling
- Customer account management experience
- Natural sales skills with the ability to build customer rapport
- Self-starer and solutions focused
- Sound computer skills/ database management ability (MS Suite, ERP or CRM)
- Full Driver Licence with own reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia

**Desirable**
- Knowledge and working experience in a manufacturing or wholesale environment
- Experience in a trade-based industry will set you apart (Electrical/Electronics, Solar, Construction or Engineering)

**Location**:10km radius of Ingleburn NSW 2526

**Hours of Work**: 38-hour week Monday - Friday.

**Salary package**:$60-70k + superannuation + bonus
