What you'll contribute to As a Dealer Account Manager within our Dealer Distribution team, you will represent Toyota Finance Australia Limited (TFA) as the primary conduit between us and our supporting dealerships.

You will build and maintain trusted, professional relationships that enable your allocated dealer portfolio to maximise their sales opportunities across our suite of finance and insurance products in a fair, open and honest manner to grow the portfolio and revenue to dealers, and contribute to the overall corporate strategy.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.

How you'll make an impact

  • Dealership Account Management – You will be the first point of contact for your portfolio of dealers and their enquiries. You'll develop and maintain relationships to a high standard, with all levels of dealership management.
  • Training and Coaching – You will manage accreditation requirements and support the onboarding of newly accredited business managements in their dealership.
  • Achieving Territory Sales Budget – You will contribute to the value chain growth and achievement of budgets within the region
  • Stakeholder Management – You will maintain the OneToyota relationship by ensuring alignment in overall franchise of the future and maintain working relationships with TMCA, TWA, Lexus and Hino regional field staff

  • Demonstrated history of achievement within a sales environment
  • Sound understanding of the finance and motor vehicle industry
  • Disciplined approach to call scheduling, action planning and recording
  • Proven territory/account management experience
  • Lending/credit exposure
  • Strong presentation skills
