We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and curious Wine Dealer to join our relationship-driven sales team.  In this role, you'll focus on building and nurturing trusting, fun and fruitful relationships with our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a lively client base of engaged customers.
• Connect regularly with customers via phone and email to foster trusting, long term relationships.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on email campaigns to drive Dealer channel sales.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
• Participate in regular wine tastings and team training to maintain current and appropriate product knowledge.
• Liaise with the Customer Service Team to address inquiries and manage returns.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of peers and customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working autonomously while managing time effectively.
• Self-motivated and well organised.
