- Ensure grounds, surrounds and infrastructure are well kept and aesthetically pleasing.
- Liaise with tenants, customers, trusted contractors and internal stakeholders to get the job done smoothly with minimal disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections and keep maintenance schedules up to date.

About YouYou're an experienced and reliable person who takes pride in doing quality work and thinking ahead. You've likely got a trade or handyman background with equivalent hands-on experience in carpentry or building, and / or a good understanding of marina/boating operations and maintenance. You'll be a team player, bring a positive attitude and be happy to assist our small team as and when required to achieve excellence in customer service expectations. You'll need:
- Demonstrated experience with maintaining assets and groundskeeping.
- A current and valid Driver's License.
- Willingness to get First Aid and Boat Licenses (we'll support this).
- Ability to scope and quote jobs, manage small budgets, and use basic digital tools (Excel, reporting, and maintenance software).
- Experience developing maintenance schedules and reporting on work progress.
- A friendly, professional manner—you'll be trusted to deal directly with stakeholders and the public to uphold the marina's reputation.
Some weekend or after-hours work may be required occasionally (e.g. emergencies or special projects).
Our recruitment process will include two rounds of interviews and pre-employment checks, including but not limited to employment references, and national police check.
