Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our fast-paced Contracts team.

This permanent, entry-level role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently. No prior experience? No problem.

If you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Be a positive, solutions-focused contact for customers and drivers
  • Plan, dispatch, and monitor jobs throughout the day
  • Complete daily admin tasks and ensure smooth handovers during breaks and shift changes
  • Make and receive calls to resolve queries and coordinate daily operations
