About Us

Barnao Property is one of Western Australia's longest-standing independent property advisory practices, assisting corporations and individuals in optimising their property assets for over 50 years.

Our well-established, long-term clients value our high-quality approach to service, taking care to develop the right strategy and then execute via a holistic service including general advisory, acquisitions, development management, sales/leasing and management.

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Consultant to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of property projects including residential and retail development projects, land acquisitions and general advisory services.

What you'll be doing

  • Assistant Project Management: Project design, consultant appointment, reporting, program management, document control, and reporting.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Co-ordination of stakeholders including consultant teams, clients and authorities, to ensure timely delivery to milestones.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage variations, reporting and cost-management.
  • General Advisory: Provide expert advice on feasibilities, due diligence and other general property projects.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone flexible and willing to learn in a fast-paced and growing small business environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills and work effectively in teams. Strong time management and problem solving will serve you well.

To succeed the following is sought:

  • Degree qualified in relevant property discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in property development, advisory or project management roles
  • Experience in project management, contract management, feasibility analysis, negotiations and due diligence will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential with experience in financial modelling highly regarded
