**Company Description**

My client is an innovative Western Australian property group. They have extensive experience across commercial, industrial, residential, retail and hospitality projects.

**Position Purpose**
- To prepare and communicate accurate financial analysis for existing projects and potential investment opportunities across the Built Form and Medical Business Units.
- To enhance the senior team's decision-making ability, through the delivery of accurate and thoughtful research as well as optimisation and scenario analysis.
- To undertake market research and opportunity screening.
- To assist the Investment Team in driving strong engagement with debt and equity stakeholders to ensure support for project outcomes.

**Position Responsibilities**

**Project**
- Maintain operational project models for Hesperia’s built form developments, ensuring accurate actuals are input in an error free manner, and forecasting/reforecasting is undertaken with guidance from Development Manager(s) to ensure model outputs are current and reliable.
- Work seamlessly with the accounts team to ensure monthly creditor payment runs are executed within the prescribed timeframe.
- Monitor and evaluate active project investment performance for internal and external stakeholder reporting.
- Undertake prospective tenant/buyer due diligence including verification and assessment of financials, with input from trusted advisors as required.
- Prepare or assist the Investment Team with preparation of investor materials such as Information Memorandums and Deal Summaries.
- Assist the Investment Team with debt financing and private equity raising workstreams.
- Evaluate strategic optimisation initiatives, including but not limited to analysing further acquisitions, recapitalisation and divestments.
- Prepare or assist the Investment Team with preparation of project equity capital calls and equity distributions based on accurate forecast cash flows.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc project reports and assist with management reporting as required.

**Research and Analysis**
- Assisting the Data Analytics Lead in benchmarking of comparable/relevant projects, including compiling/databasing information.
- Assisting the Data Analytics Lead in sourcing, and analysing of relevant market information which can be summarised in a concise manner for dissemination as needed.
- Prepare periodic research reports as directed by senior management.

**New Opportunities**
- Assist with due diligence on new built form development opportunities, including preparing detailed business case and investment recommendation reports for consideration by the Executive Committee.
- Work seamlessly with the accounts team to ensure monthly creditor payment runs are executed within the prescribed timeframe.
- Prepare feasibility models for new built form development opportunities, including undertaking of robust scenario and sensitivity analyses as guided by the broader development team and senior management.
- Assist in evaluating deal structures to assess feasibility of new built form development opportunities against key risk and return parameters.
- Working with the Development Manager(s) on due diligence budgets to be approved by Executive Committee, and subsequently ensuring accurate tracking and reforecasting for management reporting.
- Prepare equity capital calls based on accurate forecast cash flows.

- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholder groups (e.g. consultants, investors and banks) to ensure delivery of information in a timely and accurate manner.

- Ensure effective collaboration within the organisation, engaging other staff as appropriate to improve the efficacy of internal processes as well as the accuracy of analysis and research

**Other**
- Assisting with the business improvement initiatives such as marketing collateral, strategic business initiatives etc.
