About the role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in New South Wales. This role will oversee day-to-day operations across a dynamic portfolio, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and strong client relationships.

Whether you've managed a large, single-site facility or a multi-site portfolio, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with real impact.

What you'll be doing:
  • Overseeing the delivery of services across a fast-paced portfolio.
  • Leading and supporting site teams to achieve operational and service standards.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract performance.
  • Monitoring compliance with health & safety, policies, and procedures.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting on performance, KPIs, and operational outcomes.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven background in operations management within education, hospitality, or corporate facilities (preferred).
  • Ability to manage either a large, complex site or multiple high-paced facilities.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
