Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage industry

Azabu Group—a premier collection of Japanese restaurants renowned for authentic cuisine and exceptional dining experiences—is offering a rare opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across our Food & Beverage portfolio. This includes a leading Japanese group cuisines brand and a premier restaurant concept that blends diverse cultural influences for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy across all Azabu Group brands and venues

· Manage and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and CRM

· Lead campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, PR, and content marketing

· Create, review, and optimise digital content for websites, social media, and email campaigns

· Manage all digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools

· Ensure all digital communications reflect brand tone, identity, and cultural alignment with Japanese and other heritage inspirations

· Oversee website content and UX performance to improve engagement and conversion

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

· Collaborate with Brand Manager, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns

· Work closely with operations and venue teams to align marketing activity with business needs

· Manage marketing budget and resource allocation to optimise ROI

· Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners

· Mentor and lead a small marketing team to foster innovation, quality, and accountability

· Stay informed on digital trends, technologies, and marketing best practices

· Perform other duties as required from time to time

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns within the hospitality, food, or beverage industries.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and performance marketing
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or consumer lifestyle brands preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, CRM, and omnichannel strategies
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms including CMS, Google Analytics, Meta, and CRM systems
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and creative thinking
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
