About the Role

The role is a mix between WFH and in office, and you'll work closely with the business owner and meet off-site when needed. You'll manage the day-to-day admin that keeps everything flowing from bookings and client messages to invoices and scheduling.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client schedules
  • Book jobs and allocate staff into daily groups
  • Send job details, start times, and updates to staff and clients
  • Process and check staff hours and invoices
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Great with technology
  • Self starter
  • Understands how a cleaning business operates or high volume service business
  • Handle new enquiries – send quotes, follow up, and schedule successful jobs
  • Communicate with staff about any feedback, complaints, or changes
  • Support the business owner and work alongside supervisors for smooth operations

What We're Looking For

  • Someone based on the Northern Beaches
  • Great at multitasking and keeping calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English must be high level
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Friendly, team-focused attitude
  • Experience with Tradify (or similar job management software) is a big plus
  • Must have an ABN but open to full time role in the future
