We're now looking for a Client Experience Coordinator / Administration Assistant to support current and future clients, team, and design partners — ensuring every communication with Shepherd Homes is warm, clear, consistent and professional.

Your Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients via email, phone, and text
  • Sending timely project updates
  • Managing client journey touchpoints — including prospective client nurturing
  • Detailed note-taking and maintaining accurate client records
  • Preparing and polishing documents, templates, and client materials
  • Assisting with general administration
  • Coordinating with architects, building designers, and allied professionals
  • Collaborating seamlessly with our virtual assistant team
  • Contributing to our collaborative, personal, and deliberate client experience

Preferred (but not essential)
  • Experience in administration
  • Experience in construction administration
  • Familiarity with: Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Xero
