This is your opportunity to move beyond a traditional support role and become a pivotal force in shaping our client engagement and sales strategies, reporting directly to the Group Client Partner.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Client Partner to craft and execute tailored sales strategies that deliver results.

• Be a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

• Track sales progress, identify challenges, and implement proactive solutions to exceed targets.

• Keep client records, sales activities, and communication history up-to-date and organised in our CRM system.

• Assist in delivering outstanding client brief responses, including polished presentations (Google Slides) and detailed schedules (Google Sheets).

• Work closely with the Client Partner to identify and develop customised strategies that address client needs.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Who are you?

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management, media, sales, or business development.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• A strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for media.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative workplace.
