The Role

As our Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for clients. You'll play a vital role in coordinating jobs, supporting our field team, and ensuring every client has a smooth experience from booking to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Booking jobs into our scheduling system
  • Confirming appointments with clients and tenants
  • Coordinating with tradespeople to allocate jobs efficiently
  • Providing updates to clients about job status and timelines
  • General admin support to keep workflows running smoothly
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Professional, polite, and clear on the phone
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep calm under pressure
  • Confident using computer systems and learning new software
  • A team player who's reliable and proactive

Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service within trades or field services is highly regarded, but not essential.
