The Opportunity
As Chobani continues its transformation journey, we're on the lookout for an experienced National Business Manager to take the lead with one of our biggest Grocery partners.
In this fast-growing category you will lead and grow our customer partnership with excellence, owning the commercial agenda with this leading Grocery retailer. You will thrive in complex commercial discussions, collaborating internally and externally to deliver outstanding execution, innovative launches, and category driving initiatives that accelerate our shared ambitions. You will use insight, data and creativity to shape strategy, building Joint Business Plans that drive long term category value and mutual profitable growth for Chobani and our retailers.
In this role, you'll own the full commercial picture, driving accurate forecasting, leading trade planning, and managing the P&L with precision. You'll develop and deliver customer execution plans that win instore and online, while championing our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across functions to bring strategies to life at pace.
With a strong eye for digital solutions you'll ensure we show up with excellence, at every touchpoint of the shopper journey. As a leader of a high performing team of two, you'll coach inspire and empower to achieve their personal development goals and deliver against our business strategy.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you'll have:
- Significant FMCG commercial experience, ideally having led Grocery retail accounts at a senior level
- Strong commercial abilities with a track record of delivering results through joint business planning and execution
- A proven ability to build and maintain deep trusted relationships rooted in collaboration, transparency and shared growth
- Sharp commercial acumen that balances ambition with sustainable value creation to deliver win-win solutions
- Resilience, drive, and the motivation to achieve strong commercial results
