About the Role
As National Business Manager, you will take ownership of Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi across multiple categories. The role will see you lead customer strategy, build strong buyer relationships, and drive sustainable growth through joint business planning and effective promotional management.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role with one direct report, offering a great opportunity for someone ready to step up from a National Account Manager or Senior NAM position into broader responsibility and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for building and executing joint business plans, managing P&L and trade spend, and ensuring promotions deliver strong results. Success in the role will come from building credible relationships with buyers, influencing at multiple levels, and driving category growth across a diverse portfolio. Importantly, you'll also provide coaching and guidance to a Sales Executive, helping to develop capability while ensuring flawless execution at customer level.
Skills & Experience- Proven experience managing Coles and/or Woolworths at a national level.
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership, trade spend, and promotional mechanics.
- Ability to balance strategy with execution and build strong partnerships.
- Leadership capability, with experience coaching others.
