As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in generating revenue by building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads.

You must be based in Sydney or willing to relocate to Sydney for this role. Working mode is hybrid with min 3 days working in Client's office and 2 days WFH. You must know the Australia market well and is a Native Australian speaker.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business pipeline for the Client Product suite by targeting net-new opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives, creating a highly qualified pipeline for the Field Sales team.
  • Proactively source and develop new business leads through a strategic mix of outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Respond promptly to and qualify inbound web inquiries using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Take ownership of targets related to qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and revenue generation.
  • Consistently perform high-volume outreach—calls, emails, and social media engagement—to meet and exceed performance objectives.
  • Demonstrate creativity and a willingness to experiment with new prospecting strategies to improve results.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of demand generation initiatives.

What you need to succeed

* An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for having an impact on Client's business growth

* Excellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling

* Phone-first mindset; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily

* 12 months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business and Inside Sales experience a plus

* A history of exceeding goals

* Great understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, and monitoring tools

* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus

* Knowledge of ANZ market is a MUST

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,400.00 – $6,000.00 per month
