Business Development Manager

Location:NSW North, South, ACT & Central West

Full-Time | Hybrid Work | Field-Based Role

Regular Regional Travel Required

  • Rem $120k- $130k base + super + car or car allowance $20k + annual bonus $20k.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, lead a small team, and manage key accounts across multiple regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic sales leader who thrives on building relationships, securing new business, and delivering results in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach a small team of Account Managers and Merchandisers

* Develop and execute a territory growth strategy

* Identify and win new business across retail, trade, and installer channels

* Build long-term client relationships and lead key account negotiations

* Oversee merchandising standards and brand presentation in-store

* Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM accuracy

* Champion onboarding and adoption of new digital tools with clients

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

* Leadership experience managing small teams or sales reps

* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

* Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting sales targets

* Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales strategy

* Driver's licence and willingness to travel across territory

* Experience in building materials, construction, retail, or design industries

* Exposure to showroom merchandising or trade partner engagement
