Internal Sales Rep

An innovative electrical supplies manufacturer at Sydney Inner West carrying various design awarded and patented unique products is seeking an Internal Sales to handle existing business and expand new business.

Responsibility

This is B to B, business to business job.

  • Serve existing accounts and maintain relationships.
  • Develop new business.
  • Deal with customers over email, phone and online.
  • Answer the inquiries and handle the orders including document and goods.
  • Your role will play an important part on customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualification

  • A few years sales experience.
  • Excellent English writing, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer experience.
  • Able to work independently.

Preferable experience but not essential

  • Working experience in electrical supplies products
  • Good connection with electrical or construction industries
  • Digital online marketing knowledge
