You are a driven, ambitious, experienced sales leader who will inspire, lead, and manage a team of 15 sales reps across ANZ.

Some of your essential duties will involve the following:

- Managing, inspiring and coaching a team of 15 sales reps across ANZ.
- Lead 1on1s with reps to focus on performance management & coaching
- Participate in training and coaching to inspire and achieve sales excellence
- Manage the sales pipeline across ANZ and report monthly to the VP of sales and leadership team.
- Hunting/ Prospecting new leads and converting them into new accounts and pipeline activities
- Forecast monthly performance to BD Director and other members of senior leadership

To be successful in this role:

- Highly experienced in mentoring outbound SDRs
- Extensive experience cold calling and prospecting
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Linkedin, Zoominfo, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Experience in identifying qualified leads
- Experience managing performance
- Resilient, confident, and coachable
- Driven and results-oriented
