• $62,000 per annum paid hourly + incredibly high weekend penalty rates

• Full-time contract role until end of Jan with chance of extension or permanency thereafter.

• Multiple intakes kicking off from mid September 2025 through to October.

• Full-time contract role until end of Jan with chance of extension or permanency thereafter

• Rotating Roster: Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 6 pm. Weekend shifts available with extremely high penalty rates Rosters provided in advance so you can balance work with everything else you love doing

• Be a customer champion: Engage with customers in a vibrant contact centre, handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries. Whether it's helping someone find the perfect gear or assisting with their latest order, you'll be the hero they need.

• Availability over the Christmas period - this role will support the busy sale periods so to be eligible we will need full availability over the Christmas holidays and New Year period.
