We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.This is an amazing opportunity to kick start your long-term career in a Wesfarmers business and grow with a company that is keen to invest in your future.What Your New Role EntailsBuild engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer interaction activities.Interacting with our customers in our Trade Centre will include face to face service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, following up on expected time of arrivals for backorders.Providing product-based information where required – don't worry, we have a great training program to build your skills
Undertaking daily stock replenishment/stock takes and updating our Trade Centre ShowroomsGeneral housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers.We have an amazing training program available so if you're concerned you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you
What You'll Bring With YouA curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with usWell-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approachConfidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products - Excel and Word are essentialExcellent oral and written communicationTime management skillsBe safety minded and promote all things safety within our branchAttention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasksWork in a team environment that collaborates and celebrates
