- Full-time contract role until end of Jan to support sale periods (likelihood of extension or permanency thereafter)
- 63k package paid hourly
- Incredible weekend penalty rates ranging from $40-50 per hour

SRG is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest retailers & proud owners of four iconic brands: Supercheap Auto, Rebel Sports, BCF, and Macpac.

Role Overview:Engage with customers in a vibrant contact centre, handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries. Whether it's helping someone find the perfect gear or assisting with their latest order, you'll be the hero they need.
You'll work alongside a team of passionate individuals who are all about creating positive experiences for each other and for their customers.
- Located fully onsite in their Brendale Contact Centre
- Delivering exceptional customer service across all channels: phone, email, and webchats
- Managing high volume service related inquiries: orders, refunds, account and general inquiries and feedback within SRG's vibrant contact centre
- Rotating Roster across Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 6 pm (provided in advance so you can balance work with everything else you love doing)

- Customer service champs: Whether you've been serving customers in a call centre, restaurant, or any other industry, you know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your experience will be a big plus
- Retail experience? No problem Not coming from a retail background? Don't worry If you've got the right attitude and love working with people, we'd love to hear from you. It's your personality and drive that counts
- Availability over the Christmas period - this role will support the busy sale periods so to be eligible we will need full availability over the Christmas holidays and New Year period.
